A more formal introduction

Posted by Kinoshita-Crazy - July 14th, 2021

Hey there, I'm Kino!

I know I just appeared out of nowhere and started uploading music so I felt like I should give an actual formal introduction and share a bit about who I am and what I do!

First off, I've been using Newgrounds for a long time. Way longer than I can even remember. I loved playing the games and watching all of the cool videos people put so much hard work into. I wanted to make a Newgrounds account a while ago to start posting my work, but I kept forgetting lol.

With that out of the way, I'm a music producer and composer with an associate's degree in Audio Production Technologies and I've been making music in Ableton for quite some time now.

If I had to list some of my favorite music groups they would be (in no particular order)

  • Red Vox
  • Thank You Scientist
  • King Crimson
  • Reel Big Fish
  • Pink Floyd
  • Weird Al
  • The Crazy World of Arthur Brown
  • Dragonforce

And many others lol

If my tastes in music seem like a clustefuck, that's because they are. I love a lot of different styles of music and I don't like to pin myself to just loving one particular genre.

As for my own music, I make a variety of genres. But I'd love to make more rock and metal. I just don't have a band or access to guitarists, drummers, bassists, etc.

Regardless I hope I can meet other skilled creators and experience what this wonderful hellhole of a website has to offer, just like I did all those years ago!

Thanks for your time and I might come back and add more to this!
